Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, Lumora Luxury offers a straightforward return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.
  • Products that have been personalized, monogrammed, or customized are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items or promotional purchases may have restricted return eligibility (stated clearly at checkout).

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Care (support@lumoraluxury.com) to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Our team will provide instructions and return labels (where applicable).
  3. Carefully repackage the item in original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of RA approval.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
  • If the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery, the return may be declined.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
