Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, Lumora Luxury offers a straightforward return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.
- Products that have been personalized, monogrammed, or customized are not eligible for return.
- Sale items or promotional purchases may have restricted return eligibility (stated clearly at checkout).
Return Process
- Contact Customer Care (support@lumoraluxury.com) to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Our team will provide instructions and return labels (where applicable).
- Carefully repackage the item in original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of RA approval.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
- If the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery, the return may be declined.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
